২০২০ সালে বাংলাদেশ ছাড়া OIC ভুক্ত ৫৭ দেশের মধ্যে ৫৬ দেশই একই দিনে ঈদ পালন করেছে

২০২০ সালে পৃথিবীর ১৯৫ টি দেশের মধ্যে ১৮৯ টি এবং OIC এর সদস্য ৫৭ টি দেশের মধ্যে বাংলাদেশ বাদে বাকি ৫৬ টি দেশ পৃথিবীর আকাশে নতুন চাঁদ দেখে সারাবিশ্বে একই দিনে একই বারে একই তারিখে সিয়াম ও ঈদ পালন করেছে।

এরপরেও কিছু অন্ধ অনুসারী যারা বাপ-দাদার সুত্রে বিশ্বাসী ও জাতীয়তাবাদিতার বেড়াজালে আটকা প্রাণীরা বলে বেড়ায় যে, গ্লোবাল মুনের অনুসারীর চেয়ে নাকি তারা সংখ্যায় বেশি!!

New history; Eid to be celebrated on same day globally this year

The new moon of the holy month of Jilhaj will be sighted on Tuesday in the sky of Bangladesh like other countries of the world, predicted the astronomers. This is going to create a new history. Eid al-Adha of this year is likely to be celebrated on the same day worldwide. 

The astronomy researchers said that this year an opportunity to end the years-long debate over whether to start fasting or celebrate Eid on the same day in all Muslim countries has come.

According to MoonSighting.com, the moon of the month of Jilhaj will not be visible from anywhere in the world on July 20. However, it will be clearly visible from most countries of the world on July 21. The western countries from Bangladesh will sight the moon with the naked eye. Besides, if the sky is clear, the moon can be seen clearly from Bangladesh and its neighbouring countries. 

Astronomer and researcher Dr Syed Jilani Mahbubur Rahman said, "Analyzing the position and age of the moon in other years, it appears that the moon will be sighted in Bangladesh this year."

He added that some scholars believed that Eid in Bangladesh will be celebrated on the day after Saudi Arabia. The concept is totally wrong because it has no documents. According to the scientific chart, July 30 and 31 are the day of Hajj and the holy Eid-ul-Adha respectively.

According to the Hijri Calendar, 189 out of 195 countries in the world started Ramadan and celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr on the same date this year. Similarly, out of the 57 OIC members, 56 countries except Bangladesh observed Ramadan and Eid on the same day
